Good to know

Do my customers need an app?

No. Modern iPhones and Android phones read the card with a tap and open your review page in the browser.

What if a phone doesn't tap?

A small number of older phones don't read NFC. Most customers will have no trouble, and you can still point anyone else to your Google listing the usual way.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. It's $50 + GST per stand, once, and it keeps working as long as your Google listing does. Ordering 10 or more? Ask about bulk pricing.

Do I need to send you my review link?

No. I find it from your public Google Business Profile and confirm it with you when I set up the cards.

How many should I get?

One at the till is a great start. Restaurants and salons often add one per table or station so the card is right there when the customer is happiest.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes, a GST receipt by email or text, so you can claim the GST back.
